We use behavior skills training (in-person instructions, modeling, rehearsal, and feedback) to provide free training for all Ballsbridge employees to become certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and we administer the competency assessment required to sit for the RBT exam. All training is conducted by highly skilled BCBAs and BCBA-Ds with extensive expertise in training and supervision.
